Aims and Objectives

The charities main aims are:

• To build and operate mini academies where learning can take place.
• To educate children in football and athletics.
• To provide an education programme of literacy, numeracy, ICT and citizenship.
• To give young people the tools to make informed choices
• To nurture sporting talent, team building, team spirit and individual achievement.
• To promote the importance of family planning, the dangers of drug abuse and sexually transmitted diseases especially AIDS.
• To organise and oversee cultural and sporting exchanges between IFA students and British school children.
• To bring about sustainable community development through employment and education.
• To establish and maintain links and partnerships with local authorities and NGO's
• IFA is committed to keep continual assessment and accountability policies in place for IFA partners and sponsors
